Paul Jawor from MSF visits CAR

The students of 3 and 4 ESO have attended a presentation by Paul Andrew Jawor, a British water and sanitation specialist who works at Medecins Sans Frontières – Doctor without Borders. Paul has explained the students his experience sanitising water around the world, helping the population in need in countries like Nigeria -where there is an Ebola outbreak right now-; Yemen -still at war- or Sri Lanka – floods and landslides. He has tried to make us be aware of how privileged since we can easily access water to drink, cook or have a shower every day. We belong to that 2% of the population who are at the top of the pyramid, enjoying access to medical care, water and sanitation or education.

Thanks, Paul, for your visit!
