Dia internacional per a l’eliminació de la violència envers les dones

El passat 25 de novembre es va realitzar al nostre institut un acte amb motiu del “Dia Internacional  en contra de la violència envers les dones”. En aquest acte es van fer diferents activitats, com el visionat d’un vídeo, la lectura d’un manifest, l’el·laboració de murals, un ball reivindicatiu en format Tik-Tok i un minut de silenci per les víctimes.

Aprenent les tècniques bàsiques així com els aspectes metodològics i de seguretat de cada una de les activitats.

English Corner

At Institut del CAR we have recently renewed our English Corner (thanks Cristina González!). We find ourselves on our third year of GEP project -Generació Plurilingüe- and we are looking forward to future contributions from the Visual Arts, the Social Studies, the Natural Science and the Math Departments among others. Our students are doing great at English!

Hello! I am Blanca from Spain (Barcelona), currently staying in Macedonia, living an amazing life, enjoying the benefits this country offers and discovering new cultures and a new way of living for the very first time, learning to live by myself and with my Erasmus classmates whom I have just met when I came here.

I feel very lucky and privileged for this opportunity, to experience all I want, at my young age, right now, to discover the world by new cultures, people, languages, to improve my skills in different fields, and many other things that create the life experience, to be a more complete person.

After this experience, I expect to continue traveling and discovering the world that we live in, along with discovering new parts of myself, how I deal with new situations that occur.

I want to encourage everyone to join some projects like this. I think it is important to gain and share new experiences, different points of view, of different countries and learn about a culture that you have never seen before, for evolving as a human being. I feel that everyone should learn to live unattached, in order to learn the best of life and the people we meet, to be a more complete person, to connect with the world and nature in which we live, and learn how to respect.

I hope my article will inspire someone to truly find a path to follow in their lives and be able to make their own decisions, with all the possible knowledge of the world around them. Be wise and seek for knowledge, `cause knowledge is power, freedom, evolution…

Optimizació Socio-Afectiva en Equips Esportius

El passat dijous 5 novembre va tenir lloc al nostre Institut la conferència: “Optimización Socio-Afectiva en Equipos Deportivos” a càrrec de Dani Bocanegra Camacho experimentat entrenador de futbol, des de les categories de formació fins a l’elit, i Mestre Superior de Futbol.

També vam tenir la sort de poder comptar amb la participació d’en Josep Vicent, ex-futbolista professional que ha estat, a més,  alumne i professor de l’Institut.

La CARtanyada 2020

El passat dijous 29 d’octubre l’alumnat d’ESO del nostre institut va poder realitzar diferents activitats lúdiques per tal de celebrar la Castanyada. Aquestes activitats van ser organitzades per grup de 2n curs del cicle de Grau Superior d’Ensenyament i Animació Socioesportiva. Part dels grups d’ESO va realitzar les activitats agrupades sota el títol “The Scape Room Halloween” i els altres, les activitats titolades “La carbassa sorpresa”. Esperem que això hagi representat una bona pràctica per a l’alumnat d’EAS i que l’alumnat d’ESO hagi gaudit de La CARtanyada.
