Year 5 students found out about different endangered animals. They wrote down a short text including important information (description, number of animals, reason why they’re endangered, etc). Then, they made a powerpoint presentation and they shared their work with the rest of the class.

We’ve been asking personal questions in order to get to know each other and, who knows…, find someone to date with 🙂 A funny “Speed-dating” to practise oral skills.

In order to celebrate World’s Poetry Day (21st March), we worked out a poem related to school: we put it in order, we filled it  in with some rhyming words, we read it out loud and, finally, we fixed some paragraphs on the stairs so we can read it every day.  

Last week, we listened to this song in order to get familiar with the past forms “WAS” and “WERE”. We also reflected on the bad behavious some children can sometimes have at school. Remember! BE KIND to your classmates is very important!!!
