We watched a video from Channel 4 to do our second talk: “Kids react to drag”. It is an interview between a group of children and a drag called Reuben Kaye.
We talked about differences between people, some school bad experiences , gender diversity, life experiences related to it, relation between culture and homosexuality and transgender.
Here are some questions to think about:
-Is a good experience for children to interview a drag?-Is our society ready to make as a “normal” experience?-Are we used to it?-Is the school ready for gender diversity?-Is the class respectful with gender diversity?-What can we do to avoid discrimination in class?
