The music box game helps us reviewing English vocabulary while we have a great time!
When music starts playing, one pupil passes the box to the pupil next to him or her and so on. When the teacher stops the music, the pupil who has the box opens it and… there you go! he or she takes one card from inside and follow the instructions. We all want the music box in our hands!

We enjoy learning lots of things in our Reading time. Our teacher carries a suitcase full of funny and interesting stories. We read poems, pirates stories, witches stories and many other books. We love them!

Per què guarnim un arbre per Nadal? Per què celebrem el dia dels Sants Innocents?
Durant aquestes últimes sessions els alumnes de 3r han descobert el motiu d’algunes de les tradicions nadalenques més arrelades a la nostra cultura.

Seguim practicant la nostra particular versió del Tubular Bells de Mike Oldfield.
Dilluns passat els alumnes de cinquè vam anar a les coves del Toll. Vam visitar les coves i vam conèixer de primera mà com vivia l’home de Neandertal. També vam fer un taller on vam aprendre a fer foc amb pedra de sílex i vam fer un brunzidor. El brunzidor era un tros de fusta que llimàvem dels costats i en fer-lo voltar feia un so molt característic. Els homes primitius l’utilitzaven per avisar a les seves tribus d’algun perill i per fer saber que arribaven d’una jornada de caça. Ens ho hem passat molt bé i ha fet un bon dia!
STEPS
1. Label three bottles.
A – yeast, warm water and sugar
B – yeast, warm water
C – yeast, sugar
2. Put the ingredients in each bottle.
3. Put a balloon over the neck of each bottle.
4. Put the bottles in a warm place and Wait 20 minutes.
RESULTS
1. The balloon on bottle A inflated the most.
2. The balloon on bottle C inflated the least.
3. Yeast needs sugar and water tu carry out nutrition.
