Farm animals!

In Tanits we have been learning vocabulary related to the farm. We wanted to know the name of some animals living in the farm due to the fact that we go to Juneda very soon and we had interest in knowing how the animals that live there are called in English. To learn this vocabulary we have been playing memory games in groups as well as practicing how to write these names using English as well. Learning how to write words in English help us developing the written expression in this language which is the most difficult part of the language!

CLASSIFYING STONES

Within the Ajudem als nens i nenes de los Campitos Project we have several products ready to sell, but there is still something to be finished: the photo frames!

Some time ago the Pinocchios brought lots of stones of different sizes.

All along this week the kids have been classifying the stones depending on their  sizes, whether if they are big, medium or small. Now they are ready to paint!!!

THE ATOMIUM – AN ELEMENT FOR THE STAGE

After a long process in which we have been practicing with the primary, secondary and tertiary colours while we were painting the chromatic circle, we have revealed the mistery!

The painting we scaled collobarativelly it was indeed the same image. They are two images of what we have been working with in our project: The Atomium of Brussels.

One is painted with cold colours and the other with warm colours.

Storytime rehearsal

During the week the Tabalugues have been preparing two stories to tell to the Patufets and the Pinotxos after Easter.

First, every Tabaluga has chosen his own role. Then, we have made two groups and, as there are two teachers in class, each group has been rehearsing the script/ dialogue.

They have enjoyed it a lot!!

WHAT A NICE BADGES!

The Pinotxos have all the badges ready to sell for the Project “Ajudem als nens i nenes de los campitos”.
There are different badges: some have a Mandala, some have a heart on it and some have different faces.
After making the badges each Pinotxo has chosen his favourite one and has described it with their own words!

What a nice badges!!

PAINTING WITH COLD & WARM COLOURS

After experimenting with the chromatic circle and scale a a drawing, we paited the lines in the scaled drawings with black colur.

Today we have started the last step of the process. We took the drawing and checked if in the back there was a blue dot or a red dot. If the dot was blue we had to paint the white areas with cold colours. On the contrary, if the dot was red, we had to paint the white area with warm colours.

Later, we have been speculating what we think the big picture could be. Some of us said it should be the Eiffel Tower because of the shape of some structures. Some of us said it might be The Brussel’s Atomium. One classmate guessed it may be something for the theatre play.

It was really cool!

WE PREPARE A QUIZ ABOUT OUR PROJECT: “DEIXEM EMPREMTA”

Today we have been prepareing a quiz with a very cool program called “Kahoot”. In order to do it, we have been writing questions and giving four possible answers. Only one of them is right.

We haven’t finished yet. Once we finish, we would like to give thise Kahoot to our Community mates, Tintins and Massagrans. Perhaps they will be able to copleated very well.

Anyway, we still have to finish it!
