Thanksgiving day 2018

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Thanksgiving is a national holiday in the United States and Canada. It has been a national holiday since 1863. It started in 1621 when the pilgrims and the Native Americans did an exchange dinner over the course of three days.

We were teased with hopes and dreams of turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, American football, beer and most of all pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

We were denied our Black Friday shopping as everything we studied, saw on video and researched was ripped away from us as we cried.

Students from English 2 coloured some turkeys. They are from Brazil and Chile.

Our next article will be written to you in more sadness at Christmas time  🙁 .

5 d’Octubre dia del Somriure

Aquest curs engeguem amb empenta el Projecte Força. Ampliem la Comissió amb un grup d’alumnes molt motivat i engrescat per dur a terme diverses activitats enguany.

Per començar el curs el divendres 5 d’octubre, el Dia Internacional del somriure, vam organitzar una activitat on vam plasmar sobre paper aquelles coses que ens fan somriure per després plasmar-ho al mur amb motius coeducatius.

A dia d’avui, estem planificant unes Jornades de reflexió social. La primera d’elles tindrà lloc aquest 19 de novembre i es realitzaran un seguit d’activitats relacionades amb les noves masculinitats…
