In order to facilitate the resolution of conflicts, the Institute offers a mediation service.
It is formed by a group of teachers, students, parents and administrative-services staff, Most have been trained in the techniques of conflict resolution through mediation in schools. When students are involved in a conflict situation, they can request mediation service and get some help to solve their problems in a fair and confidential way.
Anyone can request the performance of the mediation service either through the mailbox located at reception after completing the corresponding form; their tutors or even apply directly to the team members.
