Halloween in High School

Halloween in the United States is a pretty big deal and, coming to a different country, I was worried that I would not be able to celebrate Halloween the same. But not only was I able to celebrate, I also saw so many other people celebrate and see the fun and joy that comes with Halloween. I was able to go to all the classes and teach the students exactly what Halloween was about and I got to see them learn, to see the fun in Halloween. I was over excited at the participation we had on Halloween day, with not only students, but also teachers dressing in costume, which is the biggest tradition of Halloween. The door decorating contest brought a very creative dynamic to the holiday, and seeing the kids being able to be creative in such a fun way was priceless. I look forward to see what the next year will bring!
