Food and Nutrients

On the 24th and 25th October 2016, 3 ESO C and 3 ESO D learned about what a balanced diet consists of. A presentation explaining the importance of carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins, water, and water helped the students understand how our bodies function. Students also had to complete a crossword related to the presentation, and a mutual dictation to improve their speaking and listening skills.
