A grant by the USA Government for 16 to 18 year old students

Students who were born between June the 25th in 2004 and June the 24th in 2007 are eligible for the Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellowship programme at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Inspired by Franklin’s morals of leadership, research, commitment and even rebellion and since 2006 to commemorate the 300th anniversary of Benjamin Franklin’s birthday, the programme is looking for students with excellent grades in all the school sbujects as well as an outstanding level of English.

The four week course running from June the 24th to July the 22nd in 2023 consists in a set of lectures, workshops and debates about the global issues that the youth of nowadays must face up to. Prestigious university teachers will be responsible for the organization of the educational events, and 16 to 18 year old European and American students will be able to know each other’s challenges in the future, while working and learning together. The programme also includes visits and tours to the best-known institutions that have shaped American life since its beginnings. Deadline to submit application: Friday February the 10th at 11.59 PM
