Del 25 d’abril al 6 de maig de 2022, en el marc del programa Erasmus+, el nostre institut va acollir un grup de 6 professors i 8 alumnes procedents de l’institut de Formació Professional Stredná odborná škola drevárska, situat a la ciutat de Vranov nad Topľou, a la regió eslovaca de Prešov.
Durant una setmana, el grup de professors va realitzar una observació al nostre centre per tal de conèixer els sistemes metodològics i didàctics que emprem. Van conèixer les nostres instal·lacions i van estar presents en algunes classes. En general, van tenir contacte amb gairebé totes les famílies professionals del nostre institut i van visitar els tallers on els nostres alumnes duen a terme la seva formació.
A banda d’això, van conèixer els punts més emblemàtics de la nostra ciutat, com ara el centre històric amb exemples d’arquitectura modernista, el teatre municipal l’Ateneu Igualadí, l’església de Santa Maria, l’antiga adoberia del segle XVIII de Cal Granotes o el Museu de la Pell i Comarcal d’Igualada. Un punt important del tour va ser la visita de l’ajuntament, on van ser rebuts per una representació municipal.
A banda del nostre institut, van visitar el centre d’educació secundària Badia i Margarit, situat també a Igualada, on van assistir a un concert de violí i van conèixer la tradició de Sant Jordi.
Pel que fa al grup d’alumnes, durant dues setmanes van assistir a una sèrie de classes, majoritàriament pràctiques, de la família professional d’Instal·lació i Manteniment. Es van formar en el maneig de màquines de control numèric per computador (CNC) en els nostres tallers i també van visitar algunes empreses amb les quals el nostre institut col·labora.
La visita va ser molt productiva, tant des del punt de vista educatiu com personal. Esperem que aquest projecte tingui continuïtat en el futur, ja que la idea és que el curs vinent els acollim un altre cop i que els nostres alumnes vagin a visitar-los a Vranov nad Topľou.
VISIT OF A GROUP OF SLOVAK TEACHERS AND STUDENTS
From the 25th of April to the6th of May 2022, with in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, our schoo hosted a group of 6 teachers and 8 students from the Stredná odborná škola drevárska Vocational Training Secondary School, located in the town of Vranov nad Topľou, in the Slovak region of Prešov.
For a week, the group of teachers made an observation in our school in order to know the methodological and didactic systems that we use. They visited our facilities and were present in some classes. In general, they had contact with almost all the professional families of our school and visited the workshops where our students carry out their training.
Apart from this, they learnt about the most emblematic points of our city, such as the historic centre with examples of Art Nouveau architecture, the municipal theatre Ateneu Igualadí, the church of Santa Maria, the old tannery of the 18th century Cal Granotes or the Leather and Regional Museum of Igualada. An important point of the tour was the visit of the town hall, where they were received by a municipal representation.
Apart from our facilities, they visited the secondary school Badia i Margarit, also located in Igualada, where they attended a violin concert and learnt about the tradition of Sant Jordi.
As for the group of students, for two weeks they attended some classes, mostly practical, of the professional family of Installation and Maintenance. They were trained in the management of computer numerical control machines (CNC) in our workshops and also visited some companies with which our school collaborates.
The visit was very productive, both from an educational and personal point of view. We hope that this project will continue in the future, since the idea is that next year we will welcome them again and that our students will visit them in Vranov nad Topľou.
