Project-based activities in English

End of term means time for projects! As we reach the end of the term, our students in 1st, 2nd and 3rd ESO have been working on different project-based activities in English.
In 1st ESO, students completed “The House Project”, designing and describing their ideal home.  They practiced vocabulary related to rooms and furniture
In 2nd ESO, they explored “Life in the 90’s”, researching music, fashion and everyday life from that decade.  This project helped them develop critical thinking while comparing the past with the present.
In 3rd ESO, they worked on “The Travelling Project”, planning a trip and presenting their destination.  They organised itineraries, budgets and activities, which encouraged teamwork, communication and real-life use of English.
Project-based learning helps students develop important competences such as teamwork, time management, vocabulary use, creativity and critical thinking, while using English in a meaningful and motivating way.
We are very proud of their work and effort! Great work everyone!
