Last Wednesday the Patufets, the Pinocchios and the Tabalugues attended the show Puff the Magic Dragon.
The play was very amusing and the actor was a great fun. He made the little ones participate through lots of songs and active games, which we all enjoyed!!!
Pinotxos have explained that they have been working on dinosaurs for a while now, and they already know a lot about. They explained that there was a meteorit that destroyed the planet, and they know quite a lot of names of different dinosaurs, the most important for them is the Tyrannosaurus Rex. We have learned some of their names in English and what happened to them, where did they go…, it’s long story, and funny in this way.
Where did the dinosaurs go? Did they go to the space or to the North Pole? There was a dust cloud in the sky after the meteorite impact. So how did it go? The sunlight was blocked. Oh, really? So there was nothing to eat. Oh, no! This is why dinosaurs disappeared, long, long time ago.
Children love acting and they would like to play all sort of different roles. If they were an actor/actress, they would like to be many characters. The ones Pinotxos and Tabalugues liked most are superheros and princesses, but of course, nowadays they like others like superzings… They have chosen in class the characters they would perform on stage if they were an actor/actress when the director says lights, camera, action!
We have celebrated Christmas these days at school, watching a Christmas story and singing some Christmas carols and songs. A very special time to be celebrated with friends at school and with family at home. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2020!
Pinotxos have put on a good performance of the character Pinocchio through this song this week again. They do really well.
Everybody in. Everybody out.
Everybody turn around. Everybody shout, “Hey!”
Everybody ready? Here we go.
Let’s do The Pinocchio.
Right arm!
Left arm!
Right leg!
Left leg!
Chin up!
Turn around!
Sit down!
We have learnt about whales and the importance of keeping their environment clean, with a song and a story. Afterwards, we have drawn our happy blue whale. It has been a nice reflection that ended with a great activity done by them.
Pinotxos have done great today. We have started the class singing and dancing the good morning song. You can watch their performance going to your Google Drive.
