Last Wednesday the Patufets, the Pinocchios and the Tabalugues attended the show Puff the Magic Dragon.
The play was very amusing and the actor was a great fun. He made the little ones participate through lots of songs and active games, which we all enjoyed!!!
We have created the first chapter of our book, it will remain in class, so children will be able to read it. You can take a look at the presentation below. Cast will be different next time and also the items from the pizzeria. This time was the first visit of a family to the restaurant and they only ordered drinks. To be continued…
We made our own pizzas adding to the base some ingredients, like tomatoes, mushrooms, salami and cheese. Afterwards, we visited a real pizzeria to know how they make their pizzas, and if they do as we already had learnt, but the real pizzas were this time yummy, really delicious! An explanatory video showed us how to do it, and the one of the pink panther made us laugh out loud.
Children love acting and they would like to play all sort of different roles. If they were an actor/actress, they would like to be many characters. The ones Pinotxos and Tabalugues liked most are superheros and princesses, but of course, nowadays they like others like superzings… They have chosen in class the characters they would perform on stage if they were an actor/actress when the director says lights, camera, action!
We have welcomed the new year singing some songs and dancing. Happy New Year 2020!
We have celebrated Christmas these days at school, watching a Christmas story and singing some Christmas carols and songs. A very special time to be celebrated with friends at school and with family at home. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2020!
They have made a theatrical performance of a family that goes to dinner at a restaurant, the father, the mother, their son and daughter. So far they have only ordered drinks: water, lemonade, milkshake and orange juice.
They asked for a table for four, the menu and ordered some drinks but the performance will continue soon.
They are really motivated with this project and can’t wait to open their own restaurant in their class.
We have learnt about whales and the importance of keeping their environment clean, with a song and a story. Afterwards, we have drawn our happy blue whale. It has been a nice reflection that ended with a great activity done by them.
Tabalugues have fun learning English though action songs like the following one. You can practice at home and dance and sing with them.
We have started the day reading and then we have gone to the English class. Once there, we have reviewed colors and watched a video about shapes. Afterwards, we have combined colors and shapes in a drawing like it follows.
