The classical story of the Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle is a great way to learn the names of fruits, the days of the week and the life cycle of a butterfly. The students of the 2nd have been studying it with a variety of fun activities, watched and performed a shadow theater play based on this story and created their own mini-book!
