Our experiment today was a bubbling blop lava lamp. We took a jar with vegetable oil and we filled the rest of the jar with water, Then we added food coloring. It was nice to watch how the color sinks through the oil!
After that, we broke the fizzy tablet and we dropped part of it into the jar. The final surprise, was that we used a flashlight through the lava lamp while the blobs were bubbling!
