Els 14 alumnes i els 4 mestres acompanyants agafem un tren des de Les Franqueses camí de l’aeroport, a on pujarem a un avió que ens portarà fins a Paris. Estem tots molt emocionats, alguns de nosaltres no hem viatjat mai en avió i d’altres que si ho hem fet, mai sense la família.
Tot ha anat a temps i arribem a Paris sense problemes, allà en recullen en tres furgonetes per poder arribar a Verneuil a on ens esperen les famílies que ens acolliran.
La rebuda a l’institut a ha sigut força emocionant. Cada nen ha conegut en persona la seva família acollidora, ja que prèviament, havien mantingut contacte per internet.
Avui estem cansats del viatge i emocionats per l’experiència que ens depara aquesta setmana.
The 14 students and 4 accompanying teachers take a train from Les Franqueses to the airport, where we will board a plane that will take us to Paris. We are all very excited; some of us have never flown before, and those who have, have never done so without family.
Everything has been on time, and we arrive in Paris without any problems. There, we are picked up by three vans to reach Verneuil, where the host families are waiting for us.
The welcome at the school has been quite emotional. Each child has met their host family in person, having previously been in contact over the internet.
Today, we are tired from the journey and excited about the experience that this week holds for us.
