Hello families!
Last week the storyteller from Jumping Ducks came to Serra de l’Obac school to represent the story of Pinocchio for students of P4 and P5.
Geppetto works in a recycling plant in Nottingham, in the north of England.
He feels very alone and is tired of living like that. However, one day he discovers a piece of wood, which he recycles and converts into his son, Pinocchio.
We see Pinocchio on his first day at school where he is telling lies. This gives him a very big nose! Finally, he learns to be kind, to tell the truth and to help others.
Our students have enjoyed the amazing play of Jumping ducks. It was excellent. We spent such a good morning singing! Even the teachers had a great time!
