Estonian Erasmus AHAH: days 1 and 2

Day 1

We met the Catalan representatives at Barcelona airport and we took a plane to Tallinn. During the 3 and a half hour trip, we have been able to enjoy incredible views while crossing Europe. As soon as we arrived, the great storm that was pouring down in Tallinn has been a great inconvenience, and not only it cost us to find the right bus, but also we took the wrong direction

When we got to the hotel, it stopped raining, and we decided to go to eat at an Italian restaurant in the city. When we finished eating, we entered the city of Tallinn for sightseeing. We discovered the medieval town, we danced the “macarena” in the square, we went to see a market, visited the harbour, and bathed in the Baltic Sea.

After a long day, we bought dinner and went back to the hotel, where we could see Eurovision.

Day 2

Today we took advantage of Tallinn’s day and went to visit museums for free. We first went to an open-air museum where we could see how they used to live in Estonia. Then we took another walk around the city and arrived in the town hall square, where we could see the police officers playing in a band. Then we went into the town hall and saw a musical performance.

At lunch, we went to eat at a medieval restaurant. Then we continued walking around the city, and we visited another museum of what the city used to be like.

At the end of this route, we returned to the hotel to pack our bags and take the bus to Parnu. We took advantage of these two hours to rest.
When we arrived, our partners were already waiting for us at the bus station. There we said goodbye to the teachers and we each went to our partner’s house.
