Aquest mes de setembre els nostres alumnes han participat en dos viatges ERASMUS + a Turquia (Bodrum i Trabzon). Aquí us deixem el seu text i algunes fotos dels dos viatges!
The 23rd of September was the day when we finally arrived to our long-awaited destiny, Trabzon. Here was when our experience in this city located on the Black Sea coast of northeast Turkey began.
We were extremely delighted with the gratefulness of our families and the close relationship we started with both our hosts and other students who were taking part into this exceptional project.
During the first two days we spent a magnificent time learning and entering into the new exceptional culture we had the pleasure to live with for a week. We tried some of the exquisite and traditional Turkish dishes such as dürüm, dolmes, su böreği and baklava, thanks to our hosts’ recommendations.
On Monday, we had the pleasure to attend the week-starting ceremony. In this, all students sang the national anthem at the entrance of the high school. For us, to take part in this was nonplus, since we had not ever been in any regular school formality before.
Soumela Monastery and Ortamahalle were just some of the engrossing and fascinating places we visited with our czech, italian, greek and turks new friends. We were extremely gobsmacked both because of the different and surprising things we were learning from the other students and for their great interest of knowing more about Spain and our culture.
Unfortunately, the programme reached its end. We leave Trabzon and some tears with us, but we know for sure this experience and friends will be forever.
