 We went to Joan Pelegri theatre to see Treasure island. I liked it because it was very funny. In the story actors in the theatre were crazy.The story started when a boy called Jym Hawkins was in his pub that her mum’s gave him and Jym Hawkins wanted to go to a treasure island. A pirate called Long John Silver talked to him that he had a ship.
They went to a treasure island. Long John Silver was a pirate but Jym Hawkins didn’t know and when they were in the ship Long John Silver tried to steal Jym’s treasure map, but it was only underpants… By Jeycob |
On Thursday 25th of January 2024. We, the “Escola Pràctiques” school, went to Pelegrí to watch an English play called “Treasure Island”.
We go to watch a play every year, so we already knew how this was going to go. Once we entered the theatre, we saw another school, but however, we sat in the first row. The play started with a pirate called Jim Hawkins, he was in a pub, but he didn’t want to work there. Then, they started to play a song that we studied in class, so we knew it and we sang. After that, they asked for volunteers and people from our school raised their hands because they wanted to be on the stage. We liked the play, but it wasn’t the best play we saw in our lives. Treasure Island was a very good play. Here is a small summary of the play… One day a boy called Hawkings went to an adventure in a ship, with a pirate called John Long Silver.
