Al matí hem agafat el ferry des del port d’Hèlsinki per anar a l’illa de Vallisaari. Allà hem acompanyat a un grup d’alumnes de 6è en el seu taller de natura que era dirigit per un especialista de la història i la natura de l’illa. Alhora que hem seguit el fil de les activitats dels nens i nenes, hem gaudit també de l’entorn natural privilegiat de l’Illa.
En acabar hem gaudit d’uns dels rituals terapèutics i relaxants, tant pel cos com per la ment i que més defineix a la cultura finesa, alhora que serveix com per socialitzar,com és la sauna.
On the fourth day we have taken the ferry to Vallisaari island, where we have walked together with a group class of 6th graders to observe how they carried out their nature workshop, guided by an expert on the history and nature of the island. We have really enjoyed the exceptional environment of the island.
Afterwards, we have enjoyed a relaxing and therapeutic ritual that defines Finnish culture, also considered as a place to socialize: the sauna.
