Ens hem sentit molt ben acollides des del primer dia a l’escola Holmsjöskolan. Tot i el fred que fa, l’ambient és molt agradable i els membres de l’escola són molt hospitalaris.
Hem tingut l’oportunitat de presentar-nos a tot l’equip docent, fer un tour per les aules — des dels més petits fins als més grans — i conèixer de primera mà la seva metodologia.
Hem pogut observar una classe de matemàtiques, participar en una classe d’anglès i descobrir les diferents activitats que ofereixen durant les estones de pati. Ens emportem un nou joc per a l’aire lliure.
Per acabar la jornada escolar, hem compartit impressions i reflexions sobre l’educació actual amb alguns mestres de l’escola.
We felt very warmly welcomed from the first day at Holmsjöskolan. Despite the cold weather, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the school community is incredibly hospitable.
We had the opportunity to introduce ourselves to the entire teaching team, take a tour of the classrooms — from the youngest to the oldest — and get a look at their teaching methods.
We observed a math class, participated in an English lesson, and discovered the different activities offered during break times. We’re taking back a new outdoor game with us.
To end the school day, we shared thoughts and reflections on current education with some of the school’s teachers.
