Davant la previsió de fortes ventades a tot Catalunya i l’activació, per part de Protecció Civil de la Generalitat, del Pla especial d’emergències per risc de vent (VENTCAT), demà dijous 12 de febrer se suspenen les activitats educatives, sanitàries no urgents, sociosanitàries i esportives i per tant el centre estarà tancat.
L’alumnat de 3r d’ESO que cursa l’optativa de francès ha celebrat la “Chandeleur” aquest dijous. Hem preparat crêpes per tenir bona sort i fortuna durant tot l’any.

El proper 25 de febrer, a partir de les 17.00 h, us esperem per mostrar-vos el nostre projecte educatiu i visitar les nostres instal·lacions.
Els dies 15 i 16 de gener, dues professores del nostre institut, Estefanía Santidrián, professora d’anglès, i Ana Trigo, professora de ciències, van viatjar a Palerm (Itàlia) per participar en la primera reunió internacional del projecte STITCH (Sustainability Through Innovation, Training, Creativity & STEAM Horizons), cofinançat pel programa Erasmus+.
La reunió va reunir 5 centres educatius, 2 universitats i diverses organitzacions de Turquia, Espanya, Grècia, Estònia, Noruega i Itàlia per donar inici oficial a aquest projecte innovador, que té com a objectiu promoure la moda sostenible a través de l’educació STEAM. Durant els propers 30 mesos, el projecte STITCH se centrarà a sensibilitzar l’alumnat sobre l’impacte ambiental de la indústria de la moda, alhora que desenvoluparà la creativitat, el pensament crític i les competències digitals mitjançant un aprenentatge pràctic i interdisciplinari.
Durant la reunió, els socis van definir els objectius del projecte i les primeres activitats, incloent-hi la formació del professorat, la creació de recursos digitals i itineraris d’aprenentatge per a l’alumnat mitjançant tecnologies emergents. La participació de les nostres professores reforça el nostre compromís amb la sostenibilitat, la innovació i la col·laboració internacional.
The STITCH project – Sustainability Through Innovation, Training, Creativity & STEAM Horizons (Project n. 2025‑1‑IT02‑KA220‑SCH‑000353351) – officially kicked off in Palermo with its first international consortium meeting on 15 and 16 January. Co-funded by Erasmus+, Key Action 220. Two teachers from our high school, Estefanía Santidrián, English teacher, and Ana Trigo, science teacher, travelled to Palermo (Italy) to take part in the first international meeting of the STITCH project (Sustainability Through Innovation, Training, Creativity & STEAM Horizons), co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
The meeting brought together 5 schools, 2 universities, and organisations from Turkey, Spain, Greece, Estonia, Norway and Italy to officially launch this innovative project, which aims to promote sustainable fashion through STEAM education. Over the next 30 months, the STITCH project will focus on raising students’ awareness of the environmental impact of the fashion industry while developing creativity, critical thinking, and digital skills through hands-on and interdisciplinary learning.
During the meeting, partners defined the project’s objectives and first activities, including teacher training, digital resources, and student learning pathways using emerging technologies. Our teachers’ participation ensures that our school will actively contribute to and benefit from this European initiative, strengthening our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and international collaboration.
Durant el mes de novembre el nostre institut va celebrar Tèxtil Fest, un esdeveniment d’intercanvi tèxtil dissenyat per promoure la sostenibilitat, reduir residus i fomentar un consum responsable entre l’alumnat.
