On the 25th October we did an activity about heart rate monitoring.
We investigated about heart rates and we discovered that children’s have an average 85 heart rhythm in a minute. The children’s heart rate while running is up to 170 heart beats in a minute. The athletes have slower heart beats than common bored people.
We learned to take the pulse by touching our neck. Putting two fingers over your neck vein, in the activity,we counted during 15 seconds to take the pulse.
