Hello families!

Did you know that, 250 milion years ago, all the continents were together? Yes, there was only one super continent called Pangea in the Earth. Did you know that the continental drift was caused by the movement of the tectonic plates?

In 1915, Alfred Wegener, a German geologist and meteorologist, was who first proposed the theory of the continental drift. The discovery of similar fossils in different continents helped to develop the theory.

Interesting, isn’t it?
