CREATIVE COOKING

In St. George’s legend we have the knight, the princess and… dont’t forget the DRAGON!!! That’s what inspired this recipe: A DRAGON’S EGG.  We used boiled eggs, first we cracked them, then we soaked them for 30 minutes in water with blue colourant. Meanwhile, we prepared a nest using lettuce, sweet corn and olives and finally, we peeled the egg. The effect was very cool!
