Hola famílies! Hello families!
Aquest mes de juny, durant la jornada intensiva, hem realitzat uns tallers artístics de música en anglès. Aquests tallers artístics els hem realitzat amb diversos materials de rebuig i de reciclatge, que hem dut de casa, per tal de crear els nostres propis instruments musicals!
♫ Però, en anglès? Sí, sí, d’una manera senzilla i amena:
During these intensive weeks of June, we have done artistic musical workshops in English. This music workshops have been designed with different kind of recycled materials, that we had at home, in order to design our own recycled musical instruments!
♫ But…in English? Yeah, easily and in a funny way!
Tot seguint unes instruccions (text instructiu) per realitzar l’instrument, descobrint el nom dels instruments reciclats, treballant el nom dels materials necessaris, seguint unes graelles (vocabulari i estructures del llenguatge) i cantant una cançó de rock “I love Arts & Crafts”! hem fet que l’anglès fós l’eina comunicativa entre nosaltres, tot creant el nostre instrument, pas a pas, poc a poc, ajudant-los i passant-nos-ho molt bé!
Following specific instructions (instruction text) for realizing the instrument, discovering the recylced instrument’s name, working on the name of the necessary materials, having some grids (key vocabulay, chunks of structures) and singing a rock song called “I love Arts & Crafts” ….we lived and used the English language as a tool of communication between us, creating our own instruments, step by step, little by little, helping each other and having a great time together!
♫ Què hem fet?
- Primer de tot, vam dur el material necessari a l’escola dins d’una capsa de sabates. Segons el que duiem, faríem un instrument o un altre.
- Dins l’aula, ens vam col·locar en parelles, grups de 4 o 5. Cada taula tenia un petit dossier amb el vocabulari del material necessari per fer l’instrument. La mestra donava les instruccions de realització en anglès.
- Després, cada alumne decorava l’instrument al seu gust, … hi posava papers de colors, enganxines decoratives, fils, botons, arròs, boletes, cola, tisores…
- Per acabar-ho d’arrodonir, cada alumne tenia el seu lapbook (llibret) on hi escrivia els instruments creats amb el seu dibuix i el material utilitzat.
- Finalment, col·locavem els instruments creats damunt d’un pòster per fer més visible el resultat final.

♫ What have we done?
- Firstly, we brought from home the materials needed at school inside a cardboard box. We would create the instruments according to what we brought from home.
- We formed pairs, groups of 4 or 5 students in class. Each table had a language support with key vocabulary, materials…to do the instrument. The teacher gave us the instructions in English.
- Then, children decorated their instrument …they sticked colouring papers, strings, buttons, rice, small balls, glue, scissors…
- To round up, each student designed his/her lapbook with the written production (instrument’s name, materials used and drawings).
- Finally, we put the designed instruments on a poster to make the final product more visible.
