Hi there,
4th graders are involved in an exchange project with a Scottish school. It consists in creating handmade Christmas cards and exchange them. Every card will include a message written in English and, after receiving the cards, each school will display them on a wall at school.
The pupils will:
– improve their English language skills
– develop their creativity and artistic ability
– make efriends from Edinburgh, UK.
– exchange and learn information about different Christmas traditions.

Their Cards show different monuments around Edinburgh, for example: The Scott Monument is a Victorian Gothic monument to Scottish author Sir Walter Scott and the statue of Greyfriars Bobby:
