We start the first Science lesson of the 2021 by getting acquinted with important scientific events through the history.
We play a card game called TIMELINE. Children are supposed to put in order the cards with the scientific events and its dates. Children liked and enjoyed the game very much.
Among the good things they said:
- it’s a fun game
- we play in English
- we practice the reading of big numbers
- we get to know scientific curiosities
Things to polish:
- there are a few cards to play the whole class
- some children may cheat
