Last Thursday, Year 6 went to see the classic story “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. They went to the theatre and saw amazing actors bring the story to life. We felt like we were right there in the story with Mr. Scrooge and the Christmas ghosts. The students have been acting out their own version of the play so they were very curious to see the version of a professional acting company. At the end, they had the opportunity to ask the actors some questions in English.
They are looking forward to performing their version of the play next week for their fillols and filloles.
El passat dijous, l’alumnat de 6è va anar a veure la clàssica història “Conte de Nadal” de Charles Dickens. Va anar al teatre i va veure els fantàstics actors i actrius donar vida a la història, fent-los sentir com si estiguessin a l’obra amb en Mr. Scrooge i els esperits de Nadal. L’alumnat ha estat practicant la seva pròpia versió de l’obra, així que tenien molta curiositat per veure la versió d’una companyia de teatre professional. Al final, han tingut l’oportunitat de fer preguntes als actors i actrius en anglès.
Estan molt emocionats i emocionades per representar la seva versió de l’obra la setmana que ve davant dels seus fillols i filloles.
