When we came back from the Christmas holidays we were happy to see a box of Christmas greetings had arrived from our eTwinning partner school in the Netherlands, ‘Stepping Stones School’. Years 3 to 6 received individual cards from the Dutch children they wrote to last year exchanging some information about themselves. Meanwhile, Years 1 and 2 got some big group Christmas tree cards covered in festive motifs. These included some Gingerbread men, so we have been finding out about this story and also how to make them.

Thank you Stepping Stones School! We look forward to further exchanges this year.

Després de les vacances de Nadal, vam trobar una capsa amb bons desitjos de Nadal de l’escola neerlandesa amb qui compartim el projecte eTwinning. Des de 3r fins a 6è van rebre postals de Nadal de forma individual de part dels infants amb els que ja s’havien comunicat prèviament. Els grups de primer i segon van rebre uns grans arbres amb missatges festius, per a compartir. Com que hi havia «Gingerbread men», estem descobrint la història i la manera de fer-los.
