Our days in Braunau am Inn (Àustria)

Our days in Oberösterreich land have come to an end. With the project “Climate change and water scarcity: A comparative study between Austria and Catalonia” we have valued the importance of water to use, enjoy and live, for now and for the future.

We have visited Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace (we could imagine him at the age of 5 playing the clavichord); we tasted Sachertorte, Schnitzel and Innviertel Knödels. Braunau is a small town in the border of Germany, with cobbled streets and Bavarian details on the facades.

What we value the most is the time spent together, the welcoming of the principal Prof. Mag. Thomas and the invaluable generosity of the teachers Prof. Barbara and Prof. Christina.

Definitely, we have collected lasting memories, but learned that getting to know the otherness is crucial for the Peace among the humanity. It is what the sense of an Erasmus is.
