Dimecres dia 21, els alumnes de 1r de Bat van tenir l’oportunitat de fer una vídeo conferència, via Skype, amb la Katie Emmons, fundadora de l’organització Blue Freedom, que promou l’alliberament dels cetacis en captivitat arreu del món. Aquesta organització, amb seu als EUA, està portant a terme una campanya, amb la qual col·laborarem, que intenta fer patent la necessitat de no comprar entrades a zoos ni espectacles que facin servir animals.
Aquesta conferència s’emmarca dins del projecte Orphin Project que ha estat creat aquest curs per als nostres alumnes.

Last Friday, the 1st Bat students had the chance of having a Skype session with Ms. Katie Emmons, the founder of the Blue Freedom Organization which promotes the release of captive cetaceans around the world.
This organization, located in USA, is carrying on a campaign, which we are also cooperating with, trying to raise awareness among the people not to buy tickets for any shows using with animals.
This conference has taken place withing the Orphin Project program, created last year for our students.
