Animals from Tangrams

Once our students of 1st ESO finished the geometry coursework, they have worked on a project called “Gaudim de la Geometria” where they built a tangram and studied the constituent pieces, along with the areas and perimeters.  To complete the project, they constructed animal figures with the pieces of their tangram, and documented how to build them.  Here is a small overview of the work done by the students:
