Our 6th Graders Join the etwinning Project “80 Days Around Europe: A Travel Agency”.

We are excited to share the wonderful experience our 6th-grade students had this year as participants in an eTwinning project titled “80 Days Around Europe: A Travel Agency.” Together with partner schools from Turkey and Italy, our students embarked on a virtual journey across Europe, discovering cultures and traditions through collaborative and creative activities.

This project aimed to provide primary school students with a virtual travel experience that not only enriched their understanding of the world but also fostered key 21st-century skills, including language development, cross-cultural communication, and global citizenship.

Certificació europea d’escola blava

Amb l’entrada a les aules del projecte VIRTUE-s (Virtual Interactive Resources and Tools in Universal Education-of the Sea) el qual realitza l’alumnat de cicle superior l’escola, la Xarxa d’escola blaves europees ha estat certificat, amb el distintiu European Blue School, per al curs 2023-2024.

El projecte VIRTUES es centra en el desenvolupament d’eines innovadores, digitals i pràctiques per augmentar la qualitat de l’ensenyament de les ciències naturals utilitzant exemples basats en l’Oceà. És una eina que permet als estudiants prendre la iniciativa i fer experiments en ambients aquàtics. El projecte ofereix l’oportunitat d’investigar el propi treball, realitzar experiments, realitzar mesuraments al camp, a l’aula o al laboratori, i interpretar i informar sobre els resultats. A més, la metodologia utilitzada és simple i econòmica: discos per fer experiments a l’aigua i observar els organismes adherits.
