At our school, we have a garden where we not only take care of plants but also learn lots of interesting things! We do a variety of activities that help us understand the world of plants and why they are so important.
Some of our activities are theoretical, which means we learn important concepts and facts. And guess what? We do it in English! This helps us improve our vocabulary while discovering how plants grow, what they need to survive, and why they are essential for our planet.
To make it even more fun, we review what we’ve learned by playing Kahoot. It’s a great way to study while having fun with our classmates.
Other times, we head out to the garden to get our hands dirty. We plant seeds, water the plants, and remove weeds. We love watching them grow little by little and feeling proud of what we’ve accomplished.
Our school garden is not just a place to care for nature, but also to learn and work together.
