Welcome to our Garden Glossary!

Last week, we learned about preparing the soil. Now, we’re ready for the fun part: planting!

Planting is when we put seeds or small plants (seedlings) into the soil. It’s like giving new life to our garden! We’re going to plant different kinds of vegetables that grow well this time of year (e.g. lettuce, peas, cabbage, carrots, etc.).
