Past Thursday, March 13th and Friday, March 14th, we had a big celebration: English Day 2025!
For two days in a row, everyone in our school tried their best to speak in English, and all the activities were in English, too!
The little ones received a visit from a very special character: Peter Rabbit, and all his friends!
They learned a lot about them: their adventures, their clothes and the food they like…
The older ones found out facts about the culture of different English-speaking countries. They made fantastic posters and presentations (using Google and Canva) to decorate the school and for everyone to learn more.
We did many activities mixing the groups. Everyone was very happy to be in teams with children of all ages and levels. Students from sixth and fifth grade did a great job as group leaders and taking care of the gymkhanas. Together we all played different games and had lots of fun.
We also shared songs and dances with other group classes. The 4th and 5th graders performed two amazing plays: Castaways and Peter Pan!
The 6th graders were the great presenters of the show.
Here you have some photos of the celebration, we hope you like them!
