Experiència en Formació STEAM a Oulu: Un Nou Horitzó Educatiu
La mobilitat ALASVO ha iniciat una nova etapa de formació STEAM a la ciutat d’Oulu,
Finlàndia, designada futura Ciutat Cultura de l’any 2026. El dissabte 1 de febrer, els i les
nostres mestres i professionals de diversos països van arribar a aquesta ciutat tecnològica,
reconeguda per la seva aposta per la innovació i la qualitat educativa.
Inici Inspirador: Compartint Experiènciesf i Idees
El primer dia de la formació va tenir lloc el diumenge, amb una sessió d’introducció on els
participants van compartir les seves idees prèvies i experiències relacionades amb el
projecte STEAM. Aquest enfocament, que integra la Ciència, la Tecnologia, l’Enginyeria, les
Arts i les Matemàtiques, va servir de fil conductor per a les activitats inicials del curs.
Mitjançant exercicis de creació individual, activitats de relació amb el contingut del curs i una
dinàmica cooperativa que va posar a prova el nostre enginy i capacitat per treballar en
equip, vam donar el primer pas cap el món STEAM.
Explorant el Currículum i el Sistema Educatiu Finlandès
El dilluns següent, la formació va avançar amb una sessió dedicada a l’exploració del
currículum i del sistema educatiu finlandès, reconegut internacionalment per la seva
innovació pedagògica. Aquesta introducció ens ha permès aprofundir en com aquest model
fomenta un aprenentatge significatiu i interdisciplinari, integrant les diverses àrees de
coneixement que conformen el concepte STEAM. A més, el debat i la reflexió sobre com els
centres educatius incorporen aquesta metodologia ens han ofert valuoses perspectives
sobre els reptes i les oportunitats que s’enfronten avui dia en l’educació arreu d’Europa.
Cap a una Nova Visió Educativa
Els dos primers dies de la mobilitat ALASVO han estat una mostra del potencial
transformador de la col·laboració internacional i de la innovació educativa. Oulu ens està
oferint un entorn ideal per explorar i intercanviar metodologies, enriquint la nostra pràctica
docent i obrint camins cap a una educació més integrada i creativa.
Esperem que la resta del curs continuï aportant coneixements i noves idees que consolidin
el paper de STEAM.

STEAM Training Experience in Oulu: A New Educational Horizon
The ALASVO mobility program has launched a new phase of STEAM training in the vibrant
city of Oulu, Finland, designated as the future City of Culture for 2026. On Saturday,
February 1st, our teachers and professionals from various countries arrived in this
technological city, renowned for its commitment to innovation and high-quality education.
An Inspiring Start: Sharing Experiences and Ideas
The first day of training took place on Sunday, featuring an introductory session in the
meeting room where participants shared their prior ideas and experiences related to the
STEAM project. This approach, which integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts,
and Mathematics, served as the guiding thread for the course activities. Through individual
creative exercises, course-related activities, and a cooperative dynamic that challenged our
ingenuity and teamwork skills, we took the first step toward a complete immersion in the
world of STEAM.
Exploring the Curriculum and the Finnish Education System
On the following Monday, the training continued with a session dedicated to exploring the
curriculum and the Finnish education system, internationally recognized for its pedagogical
innovation. This introduction allowed us to delve into how this model fosters holistic and
interdisciplinary learning by successfully integrating the diverse fields of knowledge that
comprise the STEAM concept. Moreover, the ensuing debates and reflections on how
educational institutions implement this methodology provided us with valuable insights into
the challenges and opportunities faced in education today.
Towards a New Educational Era
The first two days of the ALASVO mobility have been a demonstration of the transformative
potential of international collaboration and educational innovation. Oulu is offering us an
ideal environment to explore and exchange methodologies, enriching our teaching practice
and opening paths toward a more integrated and creative education. We hope that the rest
of the course continues to provide knowledge and new ideas that consolidate the role of
STEAM.
