This term we are going to mix Art techniques with 19th and 20th artists and we started with Matisse. He made lots of masterpieces but we concentrated on his work as a collage maker. Thanks to his work we know that we can paint with scissors. We learnt that we can use the cut-outs as well as the remaining pieces (the negatives) to create a perfect composition, one that fits the artist eye.
