During this third term, our preeschool students have continued working on the school garden project in mixed-age groups. Throughout these weeks, we have observed our garden, taken care of it, and learned many things about plants and how they grow.

One of the activities we enjoyed the most was preparing a recipe using produce from our garden. We made a delicious cauliflower cake, which we later got to taste. It was absolutely delicious! For this activity, we had the help of Mr Jordi, who taught us how to prepare the recipe and guided us throughout the whole process. We would like to thank him for his help and for sharing such a fun and enriching experience with us.

We also discovered that plants can be used for many other purposes. We experimented with painting using plants and created some very special scented sachets.

This project has been full of learning, new experiences, and shared moments. We have had a great time and look forward to continuing to enjoy our school garden and all the wonderful activities it offers!

Aquest tercer trimestre amb els alumnes d’infantil hem continuat el projecte de l’hort per grups internivells. Al llarg d’aquestes setmanes hem observat el nostre hort, n’hem tingut cura i hem après moltes coses sobre les plantes i el seu creixement.

Hem descobert quines són les parts de les plantes, què necessitem per plantar i també hem fet les nostres pròpies petites plantacions. A més, hem observat com evolucionen i la importància de cuidar-ho correctament.

Una de les activitats que més ens ha agradat ha estat elaborar una recepta amb productes del nostre hort. Concretament, vam preparar un deliciós cauliflower cake, que després vam poder tastar. Estava boníssim! En aquesta activitat vam comptar amb l’ajuda del senyor Jordi, que ens va ensenyar com preparar la recepta i ens va acompanyar durant tot el procés. Li volem donar les gràcies per la seva ajuda i per haver compartit amb nosaltres aquesta experiència tan divertida i enriquidora.

També hem descobert que les plantes serveixen per a moltes més coses. Hem experimentat pintant amb elles i hem elaborat uns saquets d’olors molt especials.

Ha estat un projecte ple d’aprenentatges, experiències i moments compartits. Ens ho hem passat molt bé i esperem continuar gaudint del nostre hort i de totes les activitats que ens ofereix!
