8 de març: Dia Internacional de les Dones

L’alumnat de 3r B, com a activitat del Servei Comunitari, ha volgut fer un mural per reivindicar el Dia Internacional de les Dones. Al mural hi som representades les 552 dones que formem part de l’Institut Dertosa (alumnes, professores, PAS i personal de neteja).

Aquesta no serà l’única actuació que es portarà a terme a l’Institut relacionada amb el 8 de març, el Departament de Visual i Plàstica està preparant diverses activitats que podrem anar veient durant tot el mes de març.

Tot seguit teniu un petit vídeo on alumnat de 3r ens explica breument què reivindiquem aquest dia.

El servei comunitari de 3r d’ESO estrenem web!

L’alumnat de 3r G ha posat en marxa, dintre del seu projecte “Fem web”, la pàgina del Servei Comunitari. En ella s’hi troben detallats tots els projectes que estem portant a terme al Servei així com algunes de les seves produccions.

S’han organitzat en petits grups i cada setmana van treballant el web, penjant-hi tot el que fan els altres grups de 3r, de manera que tot l’alumnat del grup hi dedica unes certes hores a treballar-hi, és un web col·laboratiu.

Aquest grup d’alumnes també s’encarrega de les xarxes socials del Servei Comunitari, com ara instagram, facebook, twiter i youtube.

Our 4th grade students (4t ESO) have been learning about the holocaust during some English lessons this month. They have been analysing some reading comprehensions on the reasons that brought about the genocide of milions of Jews, and thousands of gipsies, disabled and homosexuals. Besides, they could understand what it was like after watching several videos related to this mass killing. They have also listened to songs and learnt words related to concentration camps, by means of which they could understand the cruelty of the nazi regime. They have been told about the biography of the most horrifying nazis and have taken part in several activities for the dignification of the people who passed away under the nazi terror. Memory means dignity, while forgettiness indignity.

RUBEN SOLÀ AND EVA ZHU, WINNERS IN THE HORROR STORY CONTEST

Ruben Solà (student in grade 4, class A scientific) and Eva Zhu (Baccaulareate student in Art, class E) are the winners of the Horror Story contest in English, organised by Institut Despuig from Tortosa, in which 25 primary and high schools in Terres de l’Ebre have taken part. Their stories will be published in the Despuig Calaixó de sastre website. Our dearest congratulations to both of them.
