We have spent three so much fun this days but we are also sad because the experience is coming to an end. On Wednesday we started the day with some outdoor games, like playing with a sledge, walking through the forest in silence and we played a traditional Finnish game too. Then all the Spanish students made a presentation to the Finnish students about our country, town and high school. We also let them try some food we brought from home. At the afternoon we went for a walk and then we made a campfire, where we could cook some sausages. On Thursday first of all we practiced ice skating again, but this time outside. It was great because we were more confident and we could play some games on the ice. After that we learned how to play Finnish baseball and we had so much fun doing a match all together. To finish the day we went for a walk on Rovaniemi, where we had a photo challenge. After visiting the city we went to Avanto, where all of us went inside an ice hole. It was an amazing experience that we won’t forget.
Last few hours in Rovaniemi have been intense because I have been able to do many things.
We started on Friday visiting the village of Santa. Afterwards, we watched a game of hockey gel.
To end our stay we were lucky and we were able to see a northern lights.
Finally, we were definitely pleased with our hosts who treated us so well.
