During this week, in the Science class, we have done a practical experience related to our Circulatory System that we would like to share with all of you.
Pupils from year 5 have dissected a lamb’s heart to learn how the circulation of the blood works and also, they have seen its lungs.
All the children have lived an unforgettable experience some good and some bad, one pupil actually said to the teacher: “it is an experience that I’ll never forget†whereas other children felt nauseous.
Bit by bit each child is finding out what things they do or don’t like. Who knows if this experience has just opened their minds and help them in the future to maybe become vets or doctors. It all adds up!
