Activitats de la castanyada 1r

Aquest curs tot serà diferent, avui hem celebrat la castanyada, menjant panellets al matí per esmorzar, fent activitats al voltant del tema, i a la tarda hem fet una gimcana per ajuda la pobra castanyera que no recordava com s’havia de vestir per anar a la parada.

També des de fa dies que haviem treballat la cançó de la Rumba de les Castanyes. Hem fet un vídeo perquè veieu que bé que ballem!!!

A més a més, aquesta tarda hem tingut una grata sorpresa. La Castanyera ens ha enviat una carta!!!! Ens ha proposat realitzar una gimcana perquè l’ajudéssim a recordar quina roba s’ha de posar. Ens hem organitzat amb 5 grups. Hem buscat castanyes per l’escola, on hi havia una paraula amagada (nom d’una peça de roba de La Castanyera). Un cop esbrinada la paraula havíem de fer un trencaclosques amb la imatge de la peça.

Ha sigut una Castanyada diferent, però ens ho hem passat molt bé.

Aquest any hem celebrat la Castanyada i el Halloween en les activitats d’aula. Els i les alumnes van proposar decorar la classe d’una manera especial i així ho vam fer. En les classes d’art vam poder fer fulles de tardor i decoracions de Halloween. Ens ho vam passar molt bé. Podeu veure les fotos de com va quedar la classe decorada. Els panellets i les castanyes també ens van endolcir el dia.

Halloween in 6th grade

This week we are starting a new project about movies and cinema. To celebrate Halloween we’ve watched Corpse Bride by Tim Burton in original version.

We’ve carried out in a cineforum speaking about the story, the film production and Tim Burton’s movies style. We also paid attention to the music, so that in the music class the students enjoyed the auditions of some of the songs.

After watching the movie, we’ll learn how to do a movie review and at the end of the project the student will become critics to create their own movie review.

Halloween activities 4th grade

Hi families!! During this week 4th students have celebrated Halloween in the English class. We’ve read the lovely story of MEG and MOG by Helen Nicoll and illustrated by Jan Pieńkowski. We also practised very actively vocabulary in pairs, we explained our costumes, enjoyed some interactive activities on the screen and played quizzes.  We had a spooky Halloween!!

Halloween in 5th grade

During this week we have been celebrating Halloween in the English class. The story “Room on the broom” by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler has been the guiding thread this year.

First we did a storytelling, and then, we organized 4 Halloween stations with a variety of activities like quizzes, crafts, ordering sequences of the story and board games. Students and teachers had a great time!!

ART: CREEM LA CARPETA

El dimecres passat vam fer la carpeta d’art, on guardarem tots els treballs que anirem fent durant el curs. La vam decorar amb aquarel·les, cintes de colors i vam utilitzar raspalls de dents, rodillos…

Va ser molt divertit, us deixem unes fotos d’aquell dia.

Google classroom in the English Class

These days we’re learning how to explain our school timetable in the English class. We’ve been practising vocabulary by playing interactive activities, listenings and also speaking in pairs.

In the English class the students use the platform Google Classroom and do the activities proposed. They practise how to send the tasks, learn vocabulary and grammar structures, write short texts… We also solve doubts and learn how to use it. The students are very motivated with these activities!


Code week

Del 10 al 25 d’octubre s’ha celebrat la Setmana Europea del Codi. Aquesta iniciativa té com a objectiu apropar la programació als infants d’una manera divertida i interessant. Aquest curs, l’escola va presentar l’iniciativa “programem a tots els nivells” que va ser acceptada pels organitzadors de l’event.

A partir d’aquest moment s’ens va atorgar el segell d’organitzadors i vam sortir al mapa d’activitats. Al llarg d’aquests dies els alumnes de l’escola han realitzat diferents activitats de programació mitjançant aplicacions com l’Scratch, el Botlogic o el Code. org. També han utilitzat jocs “unplugged” per programar sense dispositius. Tal i com es veu a les imatges, els alumnes han gaudit molt de les activitats i la proposta ha estat tot un èxit.

Després de veure les evidències, els organitzadors de la Setmana Europea del Codi, ens han concedit un diploma de participació avalat pels seus ambaixadors.
