3rd – RÀDIO SANT MIQUEL: HEALTHY DAY

The pupils of third grade record their voices in Ràdio Sant Miquel and tell you some tips to have a healthy day!

  • Eat fruit and vegetables. Drink six glasses of water.
  • Run or ride a bike on Saturday.
  • Wash your hands before you eat. Brush your teeth before you go to bed.
  • Sleep 9 to 10 hours at night.
