Last Monday, January 19th, the students of 3rd and 4th of ESO enjoyed a taste of Ceilidh by learning how to dance some popular songs. They also had the opportunity to listen to a piper playing his bagpipe, and found out about the tradicional Scottish kilt, as well as Scottish symbols and traditions.
Durant els dies 22 a 25 d’abril, els alumnes de 1r de Batxillerat vam anar a la ciutat de Dublin a Irlanda. Com ve sent habitual, el Departament de Llengües Estrangeres organitza unes sessions de Céilidh (dances tradicionals escoceses) dirigides pel David Vivanco per tal que els alumnes de 3r i 4t d’ESO practiquin una mica la llengua anglesa i rebin nocions de folklore celta. This year the Foreign Languages Departament has been able to organize again, after the pandemic, the traditional trip for the students of 1st batxillerat. The destination has not been Dublin, as usual, for reasons beyond our control, but the trip has been a great success anyway. The students have discovered Berlin in English speaking tours
