Today was a very enriching and meaningful day. We shared our experiences and ideas about climate change, discussing the effects of the greenhouse effect and reflecting on what we can do to help reduce its impact. We also talked about renewable energy, focusing on which sources are most commonly used in our country and comparing them with those used in Moteglarioso and Pomarico. We realized that our situations are quite similar, which made the discussion even more interesting.

After that, we took part in an icebreaker activity about recycling. We had to “find someone who…” saves water, walks to school, and follows other environmentally friendly habits. It was a fun and dynamic way to learn more about each other’s daily actions.

Later, in international groups, we worked together to create posters about environmental issues. We identified specific problems, proposed possible solutions, and came up with creative slogans that we will present tomorrow.

In the afternoon, we enjoyed a relaxing handicraft session where we sewed. It was a great opportunity to unwind and be creative. Afterwards, we met again to take a walk around the village and spent some time playing and relaxing at the beach.

Overall, it was a day full of learning, collaboration, and shared experiences. We not only improved our understanding of environmental challenges but also strengthened our connections with one another. We are looking forward to presenting our work tomorrow and continuing this unforgettable experience.

On the other hand, the teachers from Vulcan School in Brașov (Romania) observed the tinkering and laboratory sessions. They really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot from our teachers Laura B. and Amàlia, seeing how students experiment, investigate, and develop their own creations. It was a very enriching opportunity to share teaching methods and exchange educational experiences between schools.

Avui ha estat un dia molt enriquidor i significatiu. Hem compartit les nostres experiències i idees sobre el canvi climàtic, parlant dels efectes de l’efecte hivernacle i reflexionant sobre què podem fer per ajudar a reduir el seu impacte. També hem parlat de les energies renovables, centrant-nos en quines fonts s’utilitzen més habitualment al nostre país i comparant-les amb les que s’utilitzen a Moteglarioso i Pomarico. Hem vist que les nostres situacions són bastant semblants, cosa que ha fet la discussió encara més interessant.

Després d’això, hem participat en una activitat per trencar el gel sobre el reciclatge. Havíem de “trobar algú que…” estalvia aigua, va a l’escola caminant i segueix altres hàbits respectuosos amb el medi ambient. Ha estat una manera divertida i dinàmica de conèixer millor les accions diàries dels altres.

Més tard, en grups internacionals, hem treballat junts per crear pòsters sobre problemes mediambientals. Hem identificat problemes específics, proposat possibles solucions i ideat eslògans creatius que presentarem demà.

A la tarda, hem gaudit d’una sessió relaxant de manualitats on hem cosit. Ha estat una gran oportunitat per desconnectar i ser creatius. Després, ens hem tornat a reunir per fer una passejada pel poble i hem passat una estona jugant i relaxant-nos a la platja.

En general, ha estat un dia ple d’aprenentatge, col·laboració i experiències compartides. No només hem millorat la nostra comprensió dels reptes ambientals, sinó que també hem enfortit les nostres connexions entre nosaltres. Tenim moltes ganes de presentar la nostra feina demà i continuar aquesta experiència inoblidable.

 

Per altra banda, les mestres de l’escola Vulcan de Brașov (Romania) han pogut observar les sessions de tinkering i de laboratori. Els ha agradat molt l’experiència i han après molt de les nostres companyes Laura i Amàlia, veient com l’alumnat experimenta, investiga i desenvolupa les seves pròpies creacions. Ha estat una oportunitat molt enriquidora per compartir metodologies de treball i intercanviar experiències educatives entre centres.
